Mr. Richard Renaud, FCA
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Renaud is President of Northbrock Capital Inc., and Chairman and Founding Partner of Wynnchurch Capital Limited. Mr. Renaud has played key managerial and directorship roles in the strategic realignment of a number of companies including: AMJ Campbell, BCE Emergis, Canstar Sports, CS Resources Limited, Diagem, iaxis BV, Dundee Bancorp Inc., Radiomutuel and Weider Health and Fitness.

Mr. Renaud has extensive industry experience working with companies serving the following sectors: consumer products, publishing, manufacturing and financial services. Mr. Renaud has a much loved canine companion called Zena.

Mr. Mark Warren

Mr. Warren is a graduate of the University of Toronto and The London School of Economics. He spent 11 years holding a number of senior positions with a U.K. merchant bank working in its London, Tokyo and Toronto offices. Following his departure from the bank, Mr. Warren was involved in a number of financial start-ups (including the mutual fund and insurance industries). He enjoys the companionship of his 4 dogs and 2 cats

Mr. Glen Tennison, CA

Mr. Tennison, a Chartered Accountant formerly of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, is a graduate of McMaster University. Prior to joining Pethealth in 1999, he held finance positions in Toronto's Entertainment Industry. His primary responsibilities are in the areas of Finance and Administration.

Mr. John Warden

Mr. Warden is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and the School of Business at Wilfrid Laurier University. He has over 25 years of General Insurance Management experience, both Company & Brokerage, in Underwriting, Claims, Administration, Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Warden is insurance licensed in 9 provinces and 24 states, a Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Canada.

Mr. Andrei Cornienco

Mr. Cornienco joined Pethealth's IT Team in 2002 as a Software Developer. He has since gone on to hold positions within the company as Manager of QA and Reports, Assistant Director of IT Services as well as Director of Software Development. Mr. Cornienco was a key member of the team which created the PetPoint Animal Management Software System and as Pethealth's Vice President or Information Technology, is actively involved in its ongoing support and development. Mr. Cornienco holds degrees in both Nuclear Engineering from Odessa State University (Ukraine) and Computer Science from Kishinev State University (Moldova).

Mr. Brad Grucelski

Mr. Grucelski has worked in the animal welfare field since 1994, and has filled numerous roles at the local level including executive director, adoption counselor, animal control officer, volunteer coordinator/ trainer, and euthanasia technician. His national experience includes working with the ASPCA National Shelter Outreach team and as the Customer Support Supervisor for PetWhere shelter software. Brad joined Pethealth, Inc. in 2005 to build and manage PetPoint’s sales & training teams. In his time with the company, he has assumed responsibility for PetPoint’s technical support and application business analysis / design. In his current role, he is responsible for the strategic development & design of the PetPoint SaaS platform and oversight of PetPoint Customer Support Team.

Mr. Andy Roche

Mr Roche is a graduate in Insurance and Risk Management from Sheffield University. He has almost 30 years experience in General Insurance Management and specifically in the Sales, Relationship Management and Business Development functions of UK major insurance companies including Zurich, Aviva and latterly joining from AXA in London. Mr Roche is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII), a Chartered Insurer and enjoys mountain bikes, football and sharing the family home with the family Persian cat, Gemma and English Cocker Spaniel dog, Molly.

Mr. Peter Galoska, CGA

Mr. Galoska is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick and McGill University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, a Graduate Diploma in Management and is a Certified General Accountant. During his fourteen years in the Banking, Insurance and Real Estate industries, he acquired expertise in the development of major financial information systems while assuming more senior roles in financial management. Following that, he spent eight years in public practice and then became the Director of Finance for various entrepreneurial businesses. Since joining Pethealth in 2005, his primary responsibilities have been the day-to-day financial reporting and operations of the Company.
