Pethealth Inc. Annual Meeting Tuesday June 25, 2002

OAKVILLE, ON, June 20, 2002 - Pethealth Inc. ("Pethealth") (TSXVE: PTZ) confirmed today that, as previously announced, the annual and special meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders of Pethealth will be held this Tuesday, June 25, 2002 at the University Club Founders Room, 2047 Mansfield Street, Montreal, Quebec at 10:00 a.m. (Montreal time). Additional copies of Pethealth´s 2001 Annual Report, together with the Management, Discussion & Analysis and financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2001, the Notice of Meeting dated May 15, 2002 and the accompanying Management Information Circular of Pethealth dated May 15, 2002 included therein, can be obtained at www.sedar.com, by requesting a copy of such materials from Glen Tennison, the Chief Financial Officer of Pethealth, or by contacting your registered broker. Completed proxies will continue to be received by depositing the completed proxies at the office of Computershare Investor Services Inc. at Western Gas Tower, Suite 600, 530-8th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, T2P 3S8 no later than 5:00 p.m. (Calgary time) on Monday, June 24, 2002 or by delivering them to the Chairman of the Meeting on the day of and prior to the Meeting.
